	CONSTANTIN PURCEL   President of the Board of Directors   Mr. Purcel is Coordinator of investment program for reanimation and re-equipment of Zootechnical Complex in Medeleni  village (Ungheni district) Republic of Moldova. Mr. Purcel is responsible for technical management of investments – construction cycle, assembling, and commissioning  of a farm.   Possesses rich experience in investment project implementation - within 1997-2001 administrated  successfully  Moldovan-Russian investment project in the amount of $2,5 million  in Ungheni - construction of gas terminal complex for storing, bottling and railway transshipment  of  LPG  with the capacity of  de 2000 m3. Also Mr. Purcel has rich experience in agricultural domain, working through 1986 - 1994 as a Leader of  agricultural collective enterprise  “Biruinta" (Victory) in Ungheni district, administrating total area of agricultural land of 4000 ha.  This enterprise has the pig farm  with the capacity of meat production  of 400-500 tons per year, and a milk production farm  with the capacity of  2500-3000 tons of milk per year.

	IOV DONICA, Doctor of agricultural sciences   Member of the Board of Directors                                  Mr. Donica is Coordinator of the program of selection and hybridization of sows, and the technological program of animal breeding. Mr. Donica is responsible for organization of selection, hybridization and growing of porks on scientific base.                 Within 21 years he had been working in the framework of Institute of Scientific researches in zootechnical  and veterinary related domains from Moldova.                 Starting from 2004 works as a chief  of scientific department in the framework of State Enterprise for Research in selection and hybridization of sows "Moldsuinhibrid".

	PAVEL GARSHTEA   Executive Director of the Company   Mr. Garshtea is Managing Coordinator of the project,  responsible for financial implementation of a business and its management. According to  1993-2002 activated as a manager and associate at firms from Moldova  and Romania, specialized in LPG  import and distribution. At 2003  till date works at securities market  of Republic of Moldova,  as an expert in investment consulting, managing  many projects  of company reorganization and attraction of  direct investments  in corporative sector. The recent successfully implemented  project  within 2004-2005 – establishment of National Information Centre for shareholders from Republic of Moldova,  with obtaining a grant for the implementation in the amount of  $28600 from Foundation Eurasia/USAID.
